* In Louisville, Matt revisited one of his favorite restaurants: Lynn’s Paradise Cafe.

* Besides boasting the World’s Largest Coffee Pot (shown above), Lynn’s is an indoor assault on all your senses. It is like Pee-wee’s Playhouse converted into a diner.

* They have a glass top display table you can eat at, with a small electric train running in circles below your plates. In the fall of 2007 Matt, then the pilot of the Wienermobile, lifted up the glass top and placed a wiener whistle inside. Fall 2010 found the whistle right where he’d left it. Awesome.

Matt is an experienced road warrior who has spanned every nook and cranny of the American landscape since graduating from the finest of the Big XII universities, back when it had 12 schools.

He currently lives in Milwaukee, following mobile marketing tours with Fuze Beverage, Range Life Entertainment, the U.S. Air Force, a certain giant hot dog-shaped Chevrolet, and others.

His latest marketing gig, for an unnamed gigantic mega-corporation client, has him flying to destinations all over this great land. He has also taken to living vicariously through himself, using the alter ego "Uncle Mitch."
