* When the time finally came for the MitchMobile to ditch its loathed New Jersey license plates, Matt fought the urge to get vanity plates because having them (more often than not) only lets other drivers know how lame you are.
* But when he found out that they are $15 to obtain in Wisconsin AND that the lamest possible vanity license plate was available… well… it was a perfect storm.
* Matt hasn’t had any break-ins since putting them on, a combination he attributes to a) having a make of automobile driven almost exclusively by octogenarians and b) thieves seeing his plates and thinking “Oh this dude is a Bills fan? I’ll just break into the car next to it then. Life has taken a big enough toll on this stupid bastard.”
